Epoxy Screed Systems

Epoxy screed flooring is an effective solution for all sectors of industry, looking for a long-lasting reliable surface, free from rough finishes and dust. Epoxy screed flooring will last for many years and is ideal when a completely level floor that will bond tightly with the existing surface is needed.

Epoxy screed is slip-resistant, helping to reduce trip hazards and uneven wear.  Its seamless finish has the added benefit of the absence of gaps meaning mould or bacteria are unable to take hold.  It is a chemical resistant, hard-wearing flooring system which is incredibly strong and able to absorb both sudden and long-term impact.

In addition, epoxy screed doesn’t generate dust, which adds to its outstanding health and safety standards.

Sherwin Williams – RSL Resuflor Screed HCS (formerly known as Resuscreed HCS and Resucrete 16NT)

Resuflor Screed HCS is a three-pack, heavy-duty epoxy resin screed that is laid from 6mm to 9mm nominal thickness.  It has excellent adhesion, is impervious and has high compressive, tensile and flexural strength.

It withstands aggressive cleaning methods including thermal shock from steam cleaning and high-pressure washing and is impervious and slip-resistant.

Altro Altro Screed™ Resolve

Altro Screed Resolve is a three-part, solvent-free, unpigmented epoxy resin screed containing neutral hard-wearing, durable aggregates.  It is designed to be overcoated with an Altro resin coloured floor seal and coating to produce an impervious, high strength floor finish with a good level of chemical resistance.

The screed fully bonds to the substrate, it can be laid to falls, is covable and can be used for localised repairs.  It fully bonds to the substrate and provides a seamless floor finish, with excellent slip, impact and abrasion resistance.
