Our Customer Promise

We are strongly committed to customer service, helping all of our customers to choose the correct flooring for their individual needs. We focus on areas of slip resistance, hygiene and aesthetics when specifying our bespoke flooring systems. We use our extensive experience across a wide variety of industry sectors to ensure that every customer receives a high-quality service.

What’s Included?

A new floor can be a major investment and commitment for your business. It is of paramount importance that we discuss all of your needs and expectations prior to us providing you with a suitable flooring solution.

We’ll begin by conducting a floor survey of the existing surface to ascertain whether your floor can be repaired or whether a complete new flooring application is required. This involves slip resistance testing, bond strength testing, concrete substrate suitability etc.

Floor preparation work is undertaken prior to laying a new floor and this can include one or a combination of the following processes:

  • Dust extracted mechanical planing
  • Dust extracted diamond grinding
  • Closed circuit vacuum shot blasting

You’ll work with our expert team throughout the entire process, from surface preparation to the application of all different types of resin flooring. We include screeding, self-levelling and surface coating systems in with the service as standard.

For customers who require a little extra, included with the standard services we cover construction joints, movement joints, drainage channels and gullies, coving and skirting, demarcation areas, line and lane marking with any associated wall coatings as required.

Resin Flooring Options

Epoxy Resin

This durable product can be used in a variety of applications with the chemical bond between epoxy coats providing a hard-wearing finish that is suitable for numerous industrial applications. Additional features can be added to the systems to provide an anti-slip finish helping to reduce the risk of slips and falls.

Polyurethane Resin

Our polyurethane resin flooring is perfect for industries requiring chemical resistance and heat resistantance (up to 1400C). Applications where polyurethane flooring is most often installed are in industrial kitchens, bakeries, butcheries, abattoirs and food and drink producers.

Methylmethacrylate Resin

Methylmethacrylate, also known as MMA, is applied in layers to create the required depth of flooring. Using a mix of filler (usually quartz) and resin, MMA flooring is perfect for industries requiring a chemically resistant flooring with a reduced curing time (forklift traffic can be back  operational after two hours).

Your flooring system is an integral part of your business and it is important that your flooring is well maintained and in a safe condition for your workforce, customers, clients, and any third parties that will be using it.
